Next Steps:

  1. The Applicant will receive an email and text message with a link to their Background Check application. They MUST complete that application for the process to begin. Once they complete the application, you will get an Update Alert by email (and text if you opted in) that it has been submitted for processing.

  2. Once in process, the Report will be completed in one of the following 4 stages:

    1. Stage 1 (ETA 45 Mins or Less):

      1. If no further research is needed and no results are found, both you and the applicant will receive an update that the Report has been completed.

      2. If the Report does NOT complete in Stage 1, it will automatically move to Stage 2, and you and the applicant will receive an update that it has moved to Stage 2.

    2. Stage 2 (ETA 4 - 8 Hours):

      1. If no further research is needed and no results are found, both you and the applicant will receive an update that the Report has been completed.

      2. If the Report does NOT complete in Stage 2, it will automatically move to Stage 3, and you and the applicant will receive an update that it has moved to Stage 3.

    3. Stage 3 (ETA 24 Hours):

      1. If no further research is needed and no results are found, both you and the applicant will receive an update that the Report has been completed.

      2. If the Report does NOT complete in Stage 3, it will automatically move to Stage 4, and you and the applicant will receive an update that it has moved to Stage 4.

    4. Stage 4 (ETA 3 - 5 Business Days):

      1. Once the report has been completed, both you and the applicant will receive an update that the Report has been completed.
